Had the company do some variations – convert 2 single GPO to twin GPO and install 1 twin GPO internally. When the invoice arrived, there were 3 items of “Additional Labour” costing $390, $390 and $260 being charges for 3, 3 and 2 hours of labour. I made a request for the tasks performed to incur the “Additional Labour” but received no response until recently after 5 months of not providing the requested information. Have since spoken with Dean Jones and clarified the situation. There was a misunderstanding regarding the information requested and the process used by the company in responding to and carrying out jobs. I am satisfied with the work they have done. The sparkies were pleasant and efficient. Thanks to Yanni, the receptionist who made many calls to me and on my behalf, this issue was put to bed. He is a credit to the company and is a fine example of a customer-oriented person. Dealing with him was a pleasure.
