2. Scope of Services

We provide electrical contracting services in accordance with Australian laws, industry standards, and relevant safety regulations. Service details, inclusions, and exclusions will be outlined in a written quote or invoice prior to the commencement of work.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing may change if additional work is required that was not included in the original quote.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the job unless prior arrangements are made.
• We accept cash, EFT, or card payments.
• Overdue accounts may incur interest charges and collection fees.

6. Warranty

• We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on all work we perform.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products.
• Warranties are void if products or work are altered, damaged, or misused after completion.

7. Safety & Site Access

• You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• We reserve the right to refuse or postpone work if conditions are unsafe.

8. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Website Use

• Website content is for general information only and may change without notice.
• Unauthorised use of our website or content may give rise to a claim for damages.

10. Intellectual Property
