After 5 years of incompetence, long wait times, expensive evaporative air conditioner people; we finally struck gold. Power Legends were able to repair our evaporative air conditioner within 24 hours of the phone call, at a very fair and reasonable price. Many air conditioning companies have difficulty servicing evaporative air conditioning on 2 story houses; however, this was not a problem at all for Power Legends. Three other electricians were unable to climb our 2 story house, however Power Legends had a harness and were up and down like a flash. Had the company do some variations - convert 2 single GPO to twin GPO and install 1 twin GPO internally. When the invoice arrived, there were 3 items of "Additional Labour" costing $390, $390 and $260 being charges for 3, 3 and 2 hours of labour. I made a request for the tasks performed to incur the "Additional Labour" but received no response until recently after 5 months of not providing the requested information. Have since spoken with Dean Jones and clarified the situation. herewith my review.... I have never taken the chance of calling a company from a flyer dropped in my mail box. But as I needed to have some smoke detectors hard wired I rang this company after finding their flyer. I am delighted to say it was a great move on my part, as I have had smoke detectors fitted and my old house rewired and a new power board wired. the two young men that worked for two days we amazing, clean polite tidy as the worked, prompt and exact. The worked tirelessly 10/11 hour days, and when the job was complete, there was no mess to clean up.
