After 5 years of incompetence, long wait times, expensive evaporative air conditioner people; we finally struck gold. Power Legends were able to repair our evaporative air conditioner within 24 hours of the phone call, at a very fair and reasonable price. Many air conditioning companies have difficulty servicing evaporative air conditioning on 2 story houses; however, this was not a problem at all for Power Legends. Three other electricians were unable to climb our 2 story house, however Power Legends had a harness and were up and down like a flash. Most importantly, Power Legends are reasonably priced, provide competent tradesmen and I have also been given excellent advice on how to make my household more energy efficient. As the owner of 'Lighthouse Gallery', I needed better quality lighting to show case 40 or more paintings on display for regular art exhibitions. I called Power Legends to discuss prices to suit my budget and I was pleasantly surprised at the options and prices. In the main gallery they installed suspended trapeze lighting with halogen lights, and in the entry gallery they installed track lighting. The finished product is truly a work of art and their superb lighting has increased my business and sales. In addition, Power legends were able to design a system that was versatile. As each artist has different size paintings, we needed a system that was easily adjustable and movable by the curators at each art exhibition. Had the company do some variations - convert 2 single GPO to twin GPO and install 1 twin GPO internally. When the invoice arrived, there were 3 items of "Additional Labour" costing $390, $390 and $260 being charges for 3, 3 and 2 hours of labour. I made a request for the tasks performed to incur the "Additional Labour" but received no response until recently after 5 months of not providing the requested information. Have since spoken with Dean Jones and clarified the situation. There was a misunderstanding regarding the information requested and the process used by the company in responding to and carrying out jobs. I am satisfied with the work they have done. The sparkies were pleasant and efficient. Thanks to Yanni, the receptionist who made many calls to me and on my behalf, this issue was put to bed. He is a credit to the company and is a fine example of a customer-oriented person. Dealing with him was a pleasure.

herewith my review.... I have never taken the chance of calling a company from a flyer dropped in my mail box. But as I needed to have some smoke detectors hard wired I rang this company after finding their flyer. I am delighted to say it was a great move on my part, as I have had smoke detectors fitted and my old house rewired and a new power board wired. the two young men that worked for two days we amazing, clean polite tidy as the worked, prompt and exact. The worked tirelessly 10/11 hour days, and when the job was complete, there was no mess to clean up. The managerial staff have been equally helpful and prompt in returning calls,coming to quote and checking that I was satisfied with the service. Fitting new ceiling fans in an old house was a tricky job. It was done with skill and professionalism.The electrician was punctual,polite and added a double power -point to my bathroom when the fans were finished. He even checked that my smoke alarms were hard-wired and that I knew the switches' and fuses' layout. The cost of the work was realistic; it was not a simple job.
